After completing his residency at Mt. Sinai Medical Center's Department of Emergency Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, Bill returned to Arizona, working in the emergency departments at Valley Lutheran Hospital and Mesa Lutheran Hospital, then as medical director at Kronos Optimal Health Centre. Dr. Fulton still serves as an emergency medicine specialist at Banner Baywood Medical Center.
Bill also studied anti-aging medicine, working with both international and United States authorities in lipotherapy. In 1999, he became a diplomat of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and, in 2010, a diplomat of the American Board of Phlebology (vein care). In 2009, he opened SKINovative and the Center for Venous Disease Medical Spa in Gilbert, Arizona, where he is medical director and owner.
Bill has appeared on national and locat TV and radio, including CNBC's Today's Health, ABC's Sororan Living, Good Day Arizona and many more.
