ONE LOCATION ONLY:
1. Meal distribution is at Apache Junction High School- cars will enter on the east side of the football field and pull around to the Davis Field sign. Employees will greet you at the Cafeteria gate. Curbside meal pick up will be available from 3:30 P.M.-5:00 P.M. (Subject to change based on participation)
Online learners will receive 5 breakfasts and 5 lunches.
Students attending school each day are not eligible for curbside service as they will be fed at school each day.
This order form is for April 7th.
This form must be filled out each week to "RESERVE " your child's meals for the upcoming week. All orders must be received by MONDAY at 10:00 AM.
We are requesting that anyone picking up food please wear a mask to ensure the healthy and safety of our school staff as well as the families we are working with.
